Nice lighting, and an interesting scene, but two issues: firstly, there isn't really much foreground interest. The sky is lovely, and was well worth taking, and the reflections on the water are good, but they're mid-ground, not foreground.

A wet rock is the stereotypical foreground interest in a picture like this, and that would have worked, but, if you were feeling really brave, getting your camera just a tiny bit above the water, so that the ripples of water at the bottom of the picture are very close would be a way of doing it. Those aren't the only sorts of foreground interest, of course: doubtless there are others that you could think of.

The second issue is focus: the distance isn't quite in focus. Are you familliar with the hyperfocal technique? It would have worked well here, as would a very small apature, such as f/16 or f/22 (a tripod, of course, would be necessary, but serious landscape photography can't proceed without one). This sort of picture needs to be totally sharp from front to back, and yours isn't quite sharp at the back.

Nonetheless, a very interesting sky and pleasant colours :-)

Thank you James for a thorough comment. Just to add: 1)I used tripod; 2)The wind speed was about 26 meters/second, shutter speed 1/10 - that's reason for blur; 3)You are right about central subject - there just isn't one :(
