thats reflexes are unacceptable :(

i think that tripod in this photo is no necessary... you may try use the ,,shadow-tent" to eliminate some reflexes...so if this is your portrait, only you be in the shot PS. sorry for my english, i better use deutch language

I think I commmented on the previous version (don't remember what I said), but this works well - both tone and composition.
