I like her face, the eye makeup is quite pleasant. The lean of her shoulder is perhaps a little sharp. The twist of hair in the middle of her forhead was not a good idea.

I like the details on her skin and the colors. The only thing that may need to be fixed is the reflection on her bottom leap and on chin region.

I honestly think this one is getting lower ratings (so far) than it should. You've captured a snappy personality here using a nice, over-the-shoulder pose, good lighting, soft tones, and nice composition. Your model is really appealing, but you've treated the subject well, I think.
