I hope that Holland gains the championship I'm from Barcelona and my team is El Barca We like the Dutch people since 1973 (Johan Kruijff, Rinus Michels)and now, Kluivert, Cocu, Overmars...etc. Thanks for seeing and comment my work I'm following yours and I'm impressed for the creativity in your pic. Yesterday-evening : Zweden > Holland.Just 15 minutes bij car away from our frontdoor.I was sitting in that ,,cooking-hot-stadium" with 37 degrees and with 30.000 fans.Not a great game but Holland won and we now play against Portugal....Thats sooooooooo strange : a Dutchman who lives in Portugal.

 

Just one problem...I left my camera in my car and it was forbidden to go back....once out of the stadion they could let me (again) in. So I stayed with the game .Lucky you : no photo's of football -fans in the next 2 years (lol)

I'm ready to share your champagne even Denmark looses today (-:

Alas I did similar a few weeks ago when I went out without my camera just for a change. I then spent 30 minutes watching a house fire, family, dog and hamsters evacuated safely and seeing the shots with nothing to capture them with ;-) I'm sure we will see many much more interesting pictures than those football fans very soon (if your pool isn't full yet LOL)

Yeahhh., I was also not happy that Denmark lost...It wouild be much nicer if Denmark would play the final with Holland (lol)

And after that ., you , els and myself for a toast with champagne.Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Narrr more shots are missed than captured and just think without the finished pictures they were all perfect, just like the fish that got away ;-) LOL

Loft, A fine story telling shot (someone sacrificed their hat for the good of the party) in need of a reflector to fill in the dark spots and a little scrim to take the edge off the highlight on the label. A 'found' shot, I suspect, rather than a serious attempt at fine art. Or perhaps I should say a fun shot. Best, LM.
