maya11m 0 Posted June 22, 2004 I like this photo a lot, but I think it would look better if you cut out some of the sky. Link to comment
httpwww.photo.netphoto1664877471 0 Posted June 22, 2004 Perfect composition. The paralel lines of the field are driving my eyes to the other objects on the photo. Thanks for sharing. Regards Link to comment
stp 6 Posted June 23, 2004 Interesting image. I wish I could see the entire image without having to scroll; the medium image won't fit on the screen, and the small image is simply too small. Great ground texture leading to the trees, which seem to have a radiance against the sky. Link to comment
carsten_ranke 0 Posted June 23, 2004 Great composite (?) image, the branches "halo" makes it perfect Link to comment
azriel_abramovich1 0 Posted June 24, 2004 I like it, the lines, the trees. Only thing I can't decide is about the sky, I am not sure if there is too much of it or plainly the squareness of the picture that troubles me. Very nice. Link to comment
devotee 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Keep all the sky. The photograph feels to me like you should have pointed more to the right, but that serves to introduce a little tension: as a whole it sits slightly uncomfortably, which adds interest. The only nit is artefacts of the compositing process. Link to comment
marios pittas 0 Posted June 24, 2004 Great shot Kevin. I would have kept the sky as you did since the shapes of the clouds add to the composition. Link to comment
oistein 0 Posted June 24, 2004 I really like this, good work regarding the B&W conversion! The square format (is it completely square..?) works well. I feel slightly off balance though due to the position of the trees in the frame. Cropping away on the left side might be the answer. Anyway, this is a nice shot and I really like the B&W tones. -oistein Link to comment
fstop212 0 Posted June 24, 2004 This photo is insane. Awesome. I do however agree with the person that aid to crop out some of the sky. Regardless, I think that this is outrageous! Nice job! Link to comment
chris_conrad 0 Posted June 25, 2004 Beautiful image, no doubt. Contrast is great, composition is great too in my opinion. I just had a hard time viewing it as the post is so large (pixel dimension). Great work! cc Link to comment
chrisspracklen 0 Posted June 25, 2004 A fine image, Kevin, but more careful PS work would have left the trees without the fringeing and made it less obvious that it was a composite. Good work nonetheless. Regards, Chris Link to comment
