short depth of (corn) field

I search for a long time but I didn't find what was the subjet of this photo ... I find it very empty.

a combination of humor (see title) and the beautiful light which had settled inconspicuously in the simple dirt. the subject is simplicity and quiet.

 

i would like to advocate again for a style of photography which does not rely on the overly-obvious and conventional formats- birds on branches, red barns, models' "tits"- jesus christ, let's have a little challenge.

Splendid! Now I know how to make corn fields into art...And a friendly advise: disregard "Kodak Moment Photographers" and their critcisms ...they will never get IT no matter what you say.
