christo4camera 0 Posted June 21, 2004 like the color use. The petals look edible. Suitable for hanging in the living room. Link to comment
jesse_j 0 Posted June 21, 2004 Well done. Agree, would look great over a sofa or in an office. Print on watercolor paper. Link to comment
johnorban 0 Posted June 21, 2004 I really like the hues you produced here, and the petals are ragged by very soft looking. Link to comment
pawel_czapiewski1 0 Posted June 21, 2004 I like this Sally. Just uploaded my take on this subject but it got hit hard with recompression. Link to comment
sallymckay-lepage 0 Posted June 21, 2004 I'm a huge Georgia O'keeffe fan owing a debt in part to her use of colour and form. Andrea, Chris and Henri thanks for finding the colour oddly appealing.Pawel, too bad about the recompression I would have liked to have seen it. John , the original was all pink....mostly I equalized the colour and light balance with some level altering and voila. The soft appearance is the primarily result of the diffusion tool in PS. Jessi as much as I would love to see my work hanging on a wall other than my own I hope it never suffers the fate of " oh, the colours would go great with my rug." Thanks to all for your comments. Guest Guest Posted July 4, 2004 Sally, very well done. This doesnt go with my rug at all! The multiple colors and lines with light and shadow really do play well together here. Knicki Link to comment
