This is one of the best photos I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. The composition and the colours are awesome but the eye of the photographer is stunning. Well done for this wonderful image. Rich

First off, this is a great shot. How did you get ligh on the seashell? Did you bracket exposure and combine the images? Use a reflector? Whatever you did, it looks very natural. Again...great shot.

Very cool!! Don't usually comment on anything but bird shots, but this really caught my eye. The light on the conch makes the shot for me, especially since it looks so nice and warm and matches the light of the sun set.

Great stuff!!

I like the splendid colors and impeccable composition. The light on the huge seashell must be from outer space. Congrats. Geo

Outstanding work. From the shadows cast on the conch, it looks like you held the flash off to your left. Did you have it up a little higher, so as to not cast a shadow on the wave? Did you also use flash compensation? Must have, or the foreground would have been too bright. Please let us know more about your technique.

Superb composition and very creative . I am not exactly sure how many eyes you have . Ways to improve ? Would you mind if I say an uniform lighting (or slightly up ) of the conch would have made it even better...!

What else can I say you are an awesome photographer. This is just breathtaking. You take people places with shots like this. It's the next best thing to being there.

Really nice shot. The color and the sky are so fantastic that, IMHO, you shouldn't have tried to improve the composition including the seashell. Wonderful photo anyway.

of the Great Wall shot, this tops your portfolio thus far - not sure if the seashell or Texas - well seen

I really like the composition, timing and perspective. The harmonious position of the sun, a wave and a seashell is awesome. Great job!
