dhawks 0 Posted June 18, 2004 The dusky city is a great contrast and compliment to the luminous sky. Well done. Regards, Doug. Link to comment

gabriella_lucia 0 Posted June 18, 2004 Great silhouette of the city and the mountains. I also like the color of the sky. Nicely done. Link to comment
home page1 0 Posted June 18, 2004 Interesting that out of 8 ratings so far, 3 of them are from people who have complaints about chronically low ratings without comments attached to their portfolios. Is there something about this photo that attracts this kind of person? Link to comment
wilsontsoi 0 Posted June 18, 2004 Awesome sky, sound composition, and great detail in shadow area. Well done. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 18, 2004 LOL! Ken, I've complained about low ratings without comments in the past so add me to that list. LOL. AND I like this picture. The sky is quite pretty. Very nice setting. The hills and the city have a wonderful appearance to them. Well done. Link to comment
afterthoughts 0 Posted June 18, 2004 Great shot. Have no answer about the low raters who leave no explanation. It's like getting a virus. You can leave it, or delete and resubmit later in the day. That seems to help. Regards, Howard Link to comment
pradeep1 0 Posted June 18, 2004 lovely sky, i love the colors, for the foreground i would have loved to see something interesting or maybe a good silhouette? maybe you should try it some time. the sky is beautiful, sad we dont have skies like this here :( cheers! Link to comment
shadow-island 0 Posted June 18, 2004 Wonderful sky, painted hills, rustic village, must be San Francisco! Nice capture Ken!! And who knows what draws the commentless raters. They are what they are. Link to comment
swati 0 Posted June 19, 2004 Ken - I like the sky, but I like the blueness of the cityscape even more! The city looks awfully sleepy for the time of the day. Cheers! - Swati Link to comment

pawel_stradowski 0 Posted June 20, 2004 I find it very nice, but very creative. The sky is wonderful, the proportions are good but I would like to something unexpected. Still nice work! Cheers Link to comment
jayme 0 Posted June 22, 2004 After 4 days without images on PN, finally got the images back. This is wonderful. The overall image is wonderful. I love the sky and the the buildings are a perfect compliment, with their dusky tones. They add but don't detract from that gorgeous sky. Nice eye for detail. Wouldn't change a thing! Except the frame, just my personal framing preferrence. Link to comment
