Please tell me whether you think the flowers should be in focus or if

it looks artistic when they're blurred. I need to resolve an

argument :)

I personally am not into artsy photography. I would say that you need greater depth of field to get everything into focus. You could also photograph a slightly smaller area which would make objects in the picture larger.
