_dith_b. 0 Posted June 17, 2004 After seeing around in photo.net for a few months, I just want to say that I have seen many pictures like this. A single item in an uninteresting landscape, an uninteresting light, a nice set of clouds, strong colors, and nothing else. For me, a beautiful landscape photo must have a very nice light, nice hills or so, and all must be in harmony. I dislike filters and strong colors that look artificial. Link to comment
colin carron 58,916 Posted June 17, 2004 Nice shot with interesting composition. The gradual tobacco filter is too obvious for my taste though, identifiable even in the thumbnail. Link to comment
roberto p 0 Posted June 18, 2004 Very nice composition and colors! I'm a graduated filters fan, so...well done! Link to comment
giorgio cecca 0 Posted January 21, 2006 ...mi dispiace ma non approvo l'uso di quel filtro un p... "anni ottanta"! Link to comment
jerrymat 5 Posted December 27, 2008 I like the overall layout and placement of the elements of this image. I don't know whether you used a filter or post processing to get the dark cloud effect, but it does not come across to me as realistic. Real clouds like that would darken the roof of the building and make the nearby grass darker. Link to comment
