Onion.

This is a simple macro setup, with natural light coming through a window on the left.

I like the three primary elements and colors formed by the shoots of the onion, the onion itself, and the background. I wonder if you could shoot with the root side of the onion a little more elevated than the far side, thereby eliminating the bottom corners as different elements? I first thought cropping, but I don't think that would work as you want to include the root stems. Just an idea...
