I think this is definately my favourite of your storm pics... the tree adds valuable context, linking the impact of the storm back to the land.

This is one of the best pictures ever of a tornado. Totally atmospheric, foreboding, with proper contrasts and with the outstanding silhouette of this lonely tree. It is simply perfect.

This is a beautiful capture! I can't imagine how you managed to get that composition with that twister swirling in front of you. Your storm-chasing images are just awesome. 7/7

In Russia too tornadoes occur (we call them: smerch), sometimes with awful consequences (in 1904 in Moscow and in 1984 in Ivanovo). They are so unexpected, that I cannot guess somebody to shoot them.

Certainly not for the faint hearted, these photos of yours are really an eye opener.I am enjoying looking at them, though I don,t know if I would have the courage to go chasing a storm like this at my age.I want also to thank you for looking at my shots.
