gabriella_lucia 0 Posted June 12, 2004 Great depth and compositoon Steve. By the way Peter and Gabby saw the Astros beat the Cards last sunday in St Louis. My son even came back with an Astros hat. Link to comment
california-seascapes-photo 0 Posted June 12, 2004 Great foreground lighting and clouds. Nice one Steve! Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted June 12, 2004 Thanks very much, Igor, Peter, and Steven. And Peter, which team were you rooting for in that game? Link to comment
gabriella_lucia 0 Posted June 12, 2004 The Astros. Really, I cant root for the Cards unless they are playing the White Sox. Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted June 12, 2004 It's just a shame that the Central Div. is so darn good this year, top to bottom, that there will be no chance of it having a wild card team in the playoffs. Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted June 12, 2004 I sharpened it a little more, Bartek. Please let me know what you think. Link to comment
brica719 0 Posted June 12, 2004 Simply awesome....I agree that the colors are magnificent and very well composed. The black border/mat was a nice touch. Would make a great poster! 7/7 & 7/7 :-) Link to comment
poutnik 1 Posted June 14, 2004 What makes the diference is the timing of your shot: the cloud prolonging the reach of the tree into the sky... Jiri Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 65 Posted June 15, 2004 Makes me want to be there, Steve--wherever it is. Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted June 15, 2004 Forgot something, didn't I? This photo was taken from the top of a large granite rock formation called Enchanted Rock, which, not so surprisingly, can be found in Enchanted Rock State Park, Fredericksburg, TX. Link to comment
gabriella_lucia 0 Posted June 16, 2004 I cant believe the Cubs pulled this one off Steve. Has Dotel been stuggling? Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted June 16, 2004 Yes, he's been stuggling badly. After tonight's game, his ERA will probably be around 3.5. I expect Brad Lidge to be closing by the end of the month. He's young but seems to have the right stuff and great confidence to go with it. Link to comment
gabriella_lucia 0 Posted June 16, 2004 Lidge is awesome. Dotel needs to be a setup man Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted June 16, 2004 And I agree, Peter, that Dotel should be moved back to setup man. He was comfortable and effective in that role. Link to comment
ljk 0 Posted July 3, 2004 Lovely image. The strong angularity of the tree contrasts nicely with the wispy salute of the cloud.... Link to comment
gabriel alvarez 0 Posted December 23, 2008 SWEET! The composition Is just wonderful! Really like the cloud formation and ofcourse the tree! Congrats 2 a GOOD Photo! Regards/ Link to comment
