raymond bradlau 0 Posted June 9, 2004 I am getting worn out on seeing the same type of childrens photo's, the "deer in headlights" look, same pose, same old muslin backdrop (in sharp focus to boot), same lighting that never seems to change from subjest to subject So while at the park with my girl friend a woman asked me to shoot a picture of her and her child (her camera) I had my kit in the car so I offered to shoot a few at no charge as I have NO experience at photographing children I would very much like you opinion of this shot as a photographer and better yet as a parent Thank you Ray Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 9, 2004 I like the framing a lot, but the color is too faded for my taste. However, the little girl looks to be relaxed with you and I love the serious expression. Link to comment

r_s7 0 Posted June 9, 2004 Nice effect and tones. If you only could have gotten her to smile. Nice portrait with a "the look." Link to comment
afterthoughts 0 Posted June 9, 2004 This is different and I like it a lot. There is a lot going on in this image and requires one to look, think, and feel. Well done. Take a look at my Golden People Folder, it may give you some ideas. Regards, Howard Dion Link to comment
dan_griswell1 0 Posted June 9, 2004 I love this effect! I have been trying to achieve it using Photoshop, but don't know how. If you did it that way, or another way, would you be willing to share it with me? email me - griswell@bellsouth.net Link to comment
