The window and light at the top distract the viewer; however, I understand that you cannot crop them out, otherwise you'll have no environment at all in the background... tough call! also, the wall on the right distracts me a lot... grain and softness seem too much... okay, now re-focusing, interesting the aura on the boy's head produced by the reflexion on the floor... and tones are pleasant...
