martin_paul 0 Posted June 1, 2004 It is beautiful but I'll stick my neck out a little and say the light beams are a tad artificial looking for me. Not that I don't like it though. Please tell me you enhanced them in Photoshop?Regards, Martin Paul. Link to comment

ben_lanterman1 0 Posted June 2, 2004 Sorry the caption should say Sunset God's Rays. I hit the return instead of the ' I have been a collector and if possible photographer of God's Rays for some time now. With a sky like this the Rays should be tinted toward yellow. They should be more visible near the opening and disappear near the ground. I am afraid these God's Rays are not real. They are a white airbrush or eraser tool. Since the box indicated that this was an unmanipulated photo (perhaps in error?) I have to give this a low rating. With some work they could be made to look real and indeed would add to the photo. But do some work and do them right. email me and I'll send you some examples of real ones. Link to comment
john_h.1 5 Posted June 2, 2004 "skilled PS work" This is correct to the extent that it is "PS work". Link to comment
israeli motorcycle 0 Posted June 2, 2004 it took me some time to get it, you did PS work on it. i guesses the original is better. Link to comment
solaby 0 Posted June 3, 2004 It is ps work , there is no reflections of the rays on the water surface or the horizon line Link to comment
warren_wright1 0 Posted June 3, 2004 would love to see the original, in this it looks like a bunch of spotlights shining from behind the clouds, I bet the original with softer lighting is stunning. Link to comment
dave_nitsche 0 Posted June 3, 2004 You should change the manipulation box. Clearly a PS creation. Someone commented on the color of the rays above and I would have to agree. They should be a tinge more yellow. Also a little softer would help... Nice thought. Link to comment
