I like the '70s feel of the photo, nice shot :)

I'm not quite sure what the fashion statement is here. As a stand-alone image it seems to fall short. Perhaps a closer crop/pan to more accentuate the woman's legs/wardrobe would strengthen the image. There seems to be too much extraneous detail in the background, and the image overall could benefit from a slight increase in contrast, as it appears to be too gray.
