Really fantastic lighting. Good job catching it.

Wow. That's one great way to isolate your subject. I like the composition -- others may pick on the empty space, but I like being able to trace the sunbeams from the window all the way down to her coloring, or book, or cards, or whatever that is.

I really like this. It just strikes me as a real pleasing shot, kids in school. Good lighting and framing. Good job!!

Natural light is generally so much nicer than studio lights. I like the simplicity of the scene too.

I couldnt imagine a better composition for this shot -- you did a great job on framing (or cropping). I love that space above a girl--it makes all the difference to let the light travel all the distance until we can see what it touches.

Hats off to you... Beautiful capture of a moment plus amazing light. Now I know where the light came from in the photo of the boy in your portfolio.. It must have bounced on the surface of a desk. Nicely done!

This is a much better example of your work than your PoW. You exploit the light without the technical flaws. I like the composition, especially the extreme space; I can almost smell it in there, a damp kind of paste and posterpaint scent.

 

One suggestion: see how it looks when you crop out the top window area. I think it's a distraction and gives the photo a crooked feel, although the kids look straight enough within the frame. Best, KEP
