This Anasazi dwelling no doubt treated its long gone residents to many

a spectacular sunset. All comments and critiques are welcome.

Love the curves theme and how you kept both foreground and background properly exposed. I'd like to see a big print of it!

I really like the way the central warm light leaps out of the frame, made possible by the muted, almost monochromatic foreground.

I find myself torn concerning the unresolved arch overhead, though. It's not enough to spoil enjoyment of the shot, but I wonder what your options were? Was it possible to further enclose the frame?

I think I've seen this one, or one very much like it. Have you had this published in a magazine before? Regardless, it's very good!

Tom Till has a shot he has published and sells in his gallery which is very much like this. I believe Tom was the first person to publish a shot from this location.

Sure! When you have such a spectacle in front of you when you wake up, you understand the love (and the respect) for Earth of the Amerindians.

Very nice contrast between foreground and background. I, too, find the "cut-off" curve a little unsettling, but not enough to ruin this at all. Great depth and perspective in this composition.
