It was one of those days, when all was right with the world and God was in his Heaven...nothing needed doing, but stop the truck, prop on a fence post and drink it in...waiting untill there was just enough light so the exposure of the sky was the same as for the earth...A Magic day for me ! Roger

Great day, the 28th of April, felt on top of the world, and took a

walk, as I do at times like this, up Cooks hill, behind my place in

Korumburra Australia. The day was perfect, just after a storm that we

get this time of year, as we are close to the Ocean. I waited for

the light to get just right, metered the sky and then the land untill

they both read about the same, then took this shot...Hope you enjoy

this day as much as I did, it will stay in my mind and heart for the

Linda, indeed, I do agree I think this (and quite a few of Roger's daily views) are where your arrow was pointing.

Very atmospheric. The rich golden color of the fields is very attractive. I can smell the clean crisp air and I look on forever.

Love the feeling of expanse, my eye can go on forever. Like being on top of the world.

Love the wavey lines in the grass. I'd forgotten the great, warm, end-of-summer hue of the dry grass. Okay, so I know lots of rain and green grass is always better, but damn, it IS a beautiful hue - especially in the afternoon sun!

Again, I see a lot of movement, undulating waves in the grasses, a stiff breeze from the sea.

Hi Roger, love your work, its fun to visit and see what you are up to. this is exquisite, but i have a "but" -- it it possible to bring out some details of the tree that is near the middle of the frame? that would make this a 7 for me.
