i love the photo firstly but ý wonder about the frame.how did you do this like this ý use photoshop too but ý dont know this ýf you teach me ý will be so happy

It is funny because I had to look twice. I image iritates me somehow, i cannot say why... but I find the expression of the girl in the background interesting... could be a motion picture cover.

Selective color on facial tones then Distort>DIffused Glow. Saturate to taste and crop to subject or subjects. Don't forget sharpen and contrast for POP!
