maranwilson 1 Posted May 25, 2004 I like this image. At first I was thinking it seemed a bit too dark, but the more I look at it, the more that works in favor of the picture. This image imparts a wonderful sense of calming isolation. Link to comment
chris_ware 0 Posted May 25, 2004 Imparts on me the same emotion you feel when couped up in a ski hut while it's raining (i.e. not snowing). You know, that frustration when you want to get out into the alpine environment, but the weather is having the last laugh. Nice work. Link to comment
john_chapman1 0 Posted May 25, 2004 Neither the window frame nor the landscape are sharp. However, I am not sure whether being sharp would improve a very nice photo. Link to comment
rob de la selva 0 Posted May 31, 2004 Looks like it was taken with a crappy lens. I'd consider buying a 17-40L if I were you. Maybe you should have shot this when the sun was out. Also, if you had opened the windows, the landscape would have been clearer. In addition, a jar of vegemite in the foreground would help to show scale. I hope my comments have been helpful.
