gabriella_lucia 0 Posted May 23, 2004 This might be your best Steve. Absolutely stunning! Go (injured) Cubs! Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted May 23, 2004 Thanks for the compliments guys. Peter, looks like it's gonna be a tight race in the Central Div. Astros have been struggling as of late. Unlike the Cubs (injuries), they have no excuses. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted May 23, 2004 Absolutely wonderful image. Composition, color, sharpness, are all perfect. Can't think of a single negative (no pun intended). I took the liberty to convert it to grayscale is it is just as beautiful in B&Whttp://img72.photobucket.com/albums/v219/fotofunnies/mountainlake.jpg Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted May 23, 2004 Hey Scott, you're giving away my next upload. (-; I agree with you that this scene is also well-suited for monochrome. Link to comment

pradeep1 0 Posted May 24, 2004 This is top class, I am uploading a series of landscapes now and i think i need to delete them, they are not even 1% near your clarity and beauty. kudos to you. Link to comment

devotee 0 Posted May 25, 2004 The monochromatic version misses the point. It removes the single thing that raises this photograph well above the postcard : the fabulous colour of the water. Without colour also, the harmonious relationships between snow reflections and foreground trees are de-emphasised. I would enjoy seeing this as POW. Link to comment
roberto p 0 Posted May 25, 2004 Beatiful landscape, I love the reflection! Nice composition and colors. Like also the b/w version. Link to comment

vorlandphotography 0 Posted June 2, 2004 Looks familiar. Did you post a similar version a while ago? Beautiful place, which I remember seeing for the first time more than 30 years ago. I especially like the reflections. Link to comment
stevemarcus 0 Posted June 2, 2004 Yes, David, I posted a similar photo of Moraine Lake taken from a different vantage point a few months ago. Link to comment
