Great capture, and good idea the sepia toning. What color are here eyes ? What about B&W with "blue eyes", for example ?

The eyes are indeed B&W, no blue toning here. The sepia toning in the dog creates the sense that the B&W (with no toning) is bluish, but it is not. I have tried many combinations of toning and also B&W and many of them look very good as well. One with only sepia toning in the eyes is very striking.

if it wernt for those shadows id say that gate was fake! it looks wierd... plastic... anyways good capture.. got the dogs attention... the eyes look cool

Thanks. The gate is real. I was outside my house and my dog squeezed under the gate to look at me. The shadows are also from the gate ... not manipulation of this image beyond some correction of levels, contrast and the toning as indicated.
