This is great! Good focus on subject and nice motion blur in the background! Well done!

I like the blur effect you used, but I think it might be a little too much blur.

Nice portrait and idea. I'm not crazy about the halo artifact around the girl. If you can find a way to reduce that, I think it would be even better.

I know what happens when you work in PS and erase the background, leaving a new layer only with your model. When you blur your background, the "border" of the model will be blurred too (broadening it), and this is what you see as a "Halo".

I would NOT use motion blur, but gaussian or something more "natural". Try to use PS accordingly to what you want to express, not only because it's there (of course I don't know if you wanted this effect)
