Palaminos

I saw these two Palamino horses in a field on a beautiful still winter evening near Invermoriston in Scotland. The tawny brown coat of the nearest horse glowed in the soft light reflected from the snow. I was entranced. The difficulty was actually getting the photograph before they wandered too close. I felt they looked best as part of there environment.
