stever 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Sorry, I couldn't resist the pun. You should take a point off of any rating for that one.As always, I look forward to your constructive criticism. Link to comment
bens 0 Posted May 18, 2004 I really like the setting, the blue and charcoal gray and white colors and the perspective, but its a fairly static shot without churning legs much closer, perhaps in the second track from the right. the person in the upper left is relatively insignificant. toddlaffler 0 Posted May 18, 2004 Stephen, I think I critiqued your shot of a mural outside a japanese restaraunt a few months ago. I just took a quick peek at your portfolio to see if you ever reshot it and it looks as though you haven't, or just haven't posted it. Anyway, I really like your images, I look at them and say to myself "I probably would have shot that too." You have some similar aesthetics as me, interest in form, texture, pattern, shadow, and sense for compostion. Some people don't care for this kind of photography, but I just wanted you to know that I can certainly appreciate work like this. I like this image, the composition is nice, I like the graphic quality and the lines in it. Overall though I feel the lighting could be improved, it looks a little flat to me. Anyway, keep up the good work, warm regards, Todd Link to comment
