Spiral staircase in Santander, Spain

Taken in Santander, Spain last winter (2000)

Very fine, I like the symetry, I like the fact that I had to study it to actually determine the direction of the stairs. The only suggestion might be to increase the depth of field slightly.

I got my AE-1P years ago (1985 or so) when in the Navy and read enough of the manual to take AE pictures. I've just recently started to learn how to take better pictures by changing aperture, shutter speed, etc. What a shame; I've had this great camera all these years and used it basically as a point and shoot. Anyway, I agree, a larger depth of field would improve the image. I also noticed the turbine effect the photo portrays, that's part of why I like it, too. Thanks for your comments.
