Nice composition, the sky has been merged very well and like the idea, but IMHO I think it is too dark in the left corners, right side is good (you can see the bank of the river). The other problem that I have with the shot is there is no reflection of the moon on the water.

 

I hope you are enjoying the 10D; it is great camera and keep trying the merging, I think this would be awesome with a water reflection - even I have yet to complete a good merge of two frames.

I really like what you've done here. The sky is really excellent. Lights are good and water element is perfect.
