this was done on a bright sunny day and it needs to be a bit sharper

I'd like just a little more exposure on the childrens faces.

This is hard, while I agree with the previous persons statement about more exposure on the childrens faces, I think that the background is overexposed. The solution to this might be using fill flash for the kids and bringing the exposure of the background down a step.
