Malecón at night

I used the sea wall as a tripod, opened the shutter to F 2.8 at 1/4

sec, bumped the ISO to 1600 and hoped for the best. Comments?

That is as good as it gets specially at such low shutter speed , still an interesting pic .

too yellowish and the background is too blurry. the splashing water does look nice, though. I would try to play with the color balance (or maybe just make it b&w), and I would also try to experiment with getting that building/fortress/lighthouse thing in the background to be more sharp.

I agree about it being too yellowish. You can neutralize this in Photoshop with the curves tool. I like the detail in the sea wall and the walk.
