uwestiens 0 Posted May 2, 2004 Wonderful dramatic sky. The boats in the foreground make it an really interesting photo. Maybe a little too dark. Well done! Link to comment
erikadams 0 Posted May 2, 2004 I was paging through the "top rated" photographs and stopped suddenly at this one. It is truly deserving of its high ratings. I like the fact that you included people in it, something I should do in more of my shots. The foreground and sky are top notch. I think it deserves consideration as POW. Link to comment

skip_fockelmann 0 Posted May 4, 2004 The foreground boats and sky both looked very PS'd in but the overall image is definately a WOW. Maybe work on the second boat from the left--it looks to be 'floating on the sand'. *S* Link to comment
svkamaraju 0 Posted May 4, 2004 Yes it's been PS'ed-I will edit my image info to reflect that-I entered this in the "digital alterations" category. The sky surely is PS'ed but not the boats. As you can probably see, there are stones on the sides to keep the boat from falling to one side. You cannot see the one hidden but you can see one of the right-this probably gives the feeling of the boat floating in the sand. Most likely,it was supported that way because there were some repairs underway on the boat. Thanks for the comment -really helped me explain.I am glad you liked the picture.
