Nice photo - from what I can see of it under your logo...... ;-)

 

If you are going to display them on photo.net it may be an idea to add a smaller copyright message in the corner rather than ruin what is actually quite a good photo.

 

Good work though - if you have more upload them - looks like you are lucky enough to have the oppertunity to show us where some of our tax dollars go ;-)

This is a revised comment: it turns out that my suspicion that this photograph was faked was way off-base and for that I apologize. However, I still think this photo LOOKS fake, and I think that's a valid criticism. If a viewer looking at a photograph immediately questions its reality then there's a problem.

I am not very happy about your comments. If you had taken a minute to look at the photo.net website you would see my folder with another photo from the Kitthawk deck. The exhaust trail is not fake, in fact the only photoshop adjustments are levels and removal of dust spots from the camera ccd. If you find the sky an unreal shade of magenta I suggest you get a new monitor. Feel free to visit my website at www.camlairdphoto.com for more carrier shots. The only fantasy maybe is your photographic experience and time on an aircraft carrier???
