This photo is actually the combination of to separate shots using Photostitch. Both shots were taken on a very foggy Maine day using an Elan IIe, 28mm lens. The prints were scanned at 600 dpi & corrected in Photoshop before stitching.

I took this in Maine on a very foggy day. I like the "cloudy" feel

that the fog gives the picture. It is almost like a vignette, but a

lot of the details of the trees have been washed out. Does anyone

have any comments or tips for picture taking in very foggy

conditions? Would a polarizer increase the detail in the trees?
