Eventhough there is distraction in the background, I love this image.Probably one of the best child photographs that I have seen in PN. Well done.

 

this image can be placed in two ways , either you blur out the mother in the background completely (I imagine that to be better)or make the mother visible as here , but more in focus ( not totally focussed but slightly soft).

I usually prefer nature photography but this immediately grabed my attention. There's a lot of character involved in this shot. Excellent job. I really enjoyed it.
