I'm glad you included the palm tree. Beautiful as all the other greek shots of white-wash on blue may be, creative additions and subjects really help. This is a very nice picture. Any filters used for the sky?

That Zukio lens in the Olympus is superb...I prefer it to my present Canon lens.

It is hard to go wrong with subjects in Greece (my favorite place in the world).

 

No filter was used for the sky. The light is just naturally this clean when there is a light breeze. A spot meter exposure was taken off the cross and 1 2/3 stops added to bring it back to white. Levels were adjusted in Photoshop just enough to clean up the flatness I associate with most Digital.

 

Zuiko lenses are amazing. I had forgotten after shelving my OM-1 more than twenty years ago. In fact my experience with the C-8080 was so good on this past trip I have purchased an E-1 outfit for my playing closer to home.
