Great Blue Heron

My girlfriend requested that I make a poster sized print for her, so

I worked over this photo, printed it out at 24 x 36 inches and

framed it. It came out extremely nice! Amazing what one can do with

6mp. The image here just doesn't do it justice. Thanks for your

Recompression kills delicate shifts in tone so for PN one would have to crank up local contrast on the bird.

Very nice composition, Cecil...! Exposure must have been very tricky with bright snow in the background but you handled it well.
