In my few ventures west of the Mississippi, I have only seen a bighorn through binoculars while on horseback. This is so freakin cool.

PS. No I was not on a hunting trip.

Raters, you don't have a freaking idea. Wild sheep are so spooky they take off when you're a mile away.

I am hoping for an argaly shot like this. I'd been close once just like this but the damned camera AF buzzed past and by the time I switched to manual it bolted over the boulder and I managed to click just that, a ram's rear.
