the picture is a little under exposed.

I would lighten it up a little, and get rid of some red ( particularly in her face).

good portrait otherwise, very cool background.

try this in photoshop (if you have it):
create a Level Adjusment layer. with no changes to the values hit OK

now change that adjustment layer's mode to "screen". this will add some contrast and brighten it up.
