Aleks, sometimes its the little, unsaid and unnoticed things that make for success. Your model is extraordinarily beautiful she has made up her eyes extremely well, and you have captured them well. But for an "ordinary" head shot, you also have cropped it "perfectly". It is an "ordinary" head shot, not worthy of particular note except it seems perfect for her, but just a millimeter here or there difference in the cropping, and I think the photo would not be so perfect; I think that your crop -- with just enough hair -- but not too much -- is worthy of note, and will hardly be noticed amid her extraordinary beauty.
