andrew_amiet 0 Posted July 18, 2001 Hi, I took this picture (and some others like it) on a recent trip to New Zealand. Looking at it now I guess it would've been enhanced with a star filter or something like that. Comments appreciated, also check out the other glacier photos in my area if you like this one. http://www.photo.net/photodb/folder?folder_id=134708 -andrew Link to comment
dave_tan 0 Posted July 18, 2001 Composition is good, very geometrical. Could've used a little more shadow detail (more exposure comp.), and a smaller aperture to get the left side wall in focus. No star filter, please. Link to comment
kkwan 0 Posted July 19, 2001 Great monochromatic scene. Rim lighting very effective. Well balanced composition. Perhaps a smaller aperture to get the burst effect? Link to comment
jeff_clark 0 Posted July 20, 2001 Kudos on the exposure compensation. I use all film at least 1/2 stop over exposed. I hear New Zealand has some beautiful women, but I don't see many in photographs. Perhaps it's that hemisphere's best kept secret :-) I'm bookin' a flight tomorrow! Link to comment
