davidmccracken 2 Posted April 19, 2004 I like this Mike. I am not so sure about the slope of the ground. It is a bit distracting! Link to comment
eleanor 1 Posted May 3, 2004 Mike: I have just been enjoying a nice browse through your folder. There are so many nice images that it's hard to know where to start, so I'll start here with the most recent! I love this it's extremely evocative, as are many of your images. Lovely mood. It puts me in mind of your Cottonwood in a Storm, which I also love. I am not usually a huge fan of photoshop effects, but this one is quite nice. Link to comment
andy e 1 Posted May 4, 2004 Very nice indeed, Mike. The grain really does wonders for the image. The strides you've taken with your work since we last talked has been outstanding. You're really becoming a master, pal. Link to comment

davidroossien 0 Posted June 8, 2005 Kankakee--one of my favorite counties :o) Powerful photo. I like how the little tree on the left is nearly barren a seems to be reaching out to the larger one for help. The tree on the right pulls away as if to say "I don't need your help". This photo has a powerful symbolic depth. Wish I had it in my portfolio! Link to comment
sam starkey 0 Posted January 16, 2007 This is almost like a pin and ink drawing. The dappled sky is a plus for this photograph.I did one like this recently with an incorrect exposure, and the print came out great with a surrealistic appearance (magic).7-7 Link to comment
evb 0 Posted July 13, 2007 Great Good Friday shot. That cloudy moodiness that somtimes happens in the early spring. The grain helps too. Link to comment
