Great moment, I wish that branch didn't block it.

Yea me too, when I realized the branch I moved over to lose the branch. I was able to get off over 80 photos of the Hawk over about 15 to 20 minutes.

Nice. Too bad you couldn't get all of the winds in the frame and avoid the blurred object inteh forground. I'd think about cropping that.

The only problem I see is that the branch and stump get in the way. That and it would be nice to see the wing tips. Hard to control at a moment like this. My congrats on being able to capture this image at all. I would have been awe struck at the event and missed it. --Mike

Nice action shot. Can you include more of the upper left wing? Also, it might help if you crop out the blob in the lower right which adds nothing to the action. It would work better if it went all the way across the bottom rather than being stuck in the corner. If you crop it off, then the wings would make a nice horozontal across the frame.
