bens 0 Posted April 12, 2004 its a fabulous photo and you don't need the coloring to make it work (some might think it is too gimmicky). That said, i've given in to the temptation to use this technique myself. If you do want to go this route though, I'd suggest you tone down the red-orange cape (and make it more red than orange). alberto.conde 0 Posted April 14, 2004 Not only the idea and technique is valid but here, as well, is appropriate since you are, only, emphasizing the very old art of "el toreo" (so poorly translated into English with the so very unappropriate term of "fighting") and its essence, tha dancing confrontation between the brute force of a noble animal and the skills of an intelligent but fragile human using just a mere thin red cloth to lure the bull off. Black and red! Those two colours are the quintessence of the drama! Link to comment
marionovak 0 Posted April 15, 2004 Angel, you got yourself a masterpiece here,.balance, composition, color,..all in all, just great Link to comment
out2lunch4food 0 Posted April 15, 2004 rarely do I like the b&w/color thing since it is so overused, but it works here, you found a way to use it in a fresh way and I applaud that. Link to comment
focus mankind 0 Posted April 15, 2004 The composition/lighting is just wonderfully - exceptionel. Yes it is a masterpiece in my opinion. Link to comment
ricardo navarro 0 Posted February 20, 2005 Bonita y dinamica toma, pero con lo buena que es yo veo el coloreado de la capa como una distraccion que no le favorece. Link to comment
