A difficult scene to expose perfectly but you've done a nice job. A little overexposure in the highlight areas but hard to avoid. I agree with the man giving sense of perspective, otherwise to me it looks like a diarama...remember those from grade school!? I would crop the left side a bit tighter and try to perfect in Photoshop, then feel bad about manipulating my photos! This makes me want to hike around and explore everything.

Hiking around and exploring everything is always an excellent idea.

 

If you do, I would highly recomend Sarawak in Borneo! Very few tourists, remnants of a primitive indiginous culture, long houses , jungle and all the rest. It is the home of the 3 largest caves in the world too.....they are all awesome.......
