artofheadshots 0 Posted April 10, 2004 Does the hand work? Please think outside the box, and let me know if you think the centered subject works for this image? Instead of using the rule of thirds. Thank you in advance for you comments and ratings Link to comment
helene_mcginnis 0 Posted April 10, 2004 I like the hands...although they look a different color than her face, which I don't think pleases me... And the fact that she's centered works, I think... but... I'd like to see more of the beaded hat. Link to comment
artofheadshots 0 Posted April 10, 2004 I wasn't crazy about the hands. She was cold. The studio was cold. That was the reason. I tried to digitally change the colour of her hands - but I really hate making that type of alterations. Thank Helene, Cheers, Ringo Link to comment
anthony_watson 0 Posted April 11, 2004 Jeez, she's beautiful. I think the centeredness works, and how her hair appears to veer to the right in front her shoulders. Though yes, the colors of the hands could be changed. Link to comment
laura2 0 Posted April 18, 2004 Hey Ringo, great to hear from you! I like the coloring of the image a great deal. She reminds me of an actress one might see in Cirque du Soleil, with the bright makeup and the elaborately beaded headpiece. Her lips compliment the eyes and the headpiece perfectly, leading the eye through the image very well. I love the way you centered it also. I like the framing, because it compliments the navy of the background and the deepness of her hair. Awesome work with a beautiful model. Link to comment
