ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted August 1, 2001 I had to go high with originality on this. Really like the way it was taken.Ken Link to comment
ken_thalheimer 3,739 Posted August 1, 2001 I see a 1/1 given this photo. Don't understand that.Ken Link to comment
julianradowsky 0 Posted August 1, 2001 A very interesting perspective, I like it very much, but perhaps cropping out a bit of the dark area at the bottom would make it even better. Link to comment
liar 0 Posted August 1, 2001 I know the colors and pattern of the carpet are not in your control but (as Julian said too) it would be nice to see some pattern and color at the bottom. I dont know if it works but any out of camera flash or may be another light source may add detail to the workers face. Good and different viewpoint for this subject, congratulations. Link to comment
yang 0 Posted August 9, 2001 It's such a nice picture that one would stop for a while to sutdy and to enjoy. Link to comment
think27 0 Posted October 9, 2001 Very original. Love the hint of the pastel colored women weaving behind the yarn. Very well done.. I gave it an 7/8. I was surprised by the number of 10/10's on this image though... A photo has to be perfect or near perfect or at least awe inspiring/breathtaking to get a rating that high and you have 3-10/10's. Not jealous.. none of my images would qualify.. just curious. Am I missing something here? Link to comment
tonys 0 Posted November 17, 2001 This is more then a good photograph it's a sad metaphor of our world. An anonymous face creating the beauty that we step on every day. I wonder how many people know how much this woman earns for such a rug? I think 3 times 10/10 is not enough for this shot. Link to comment
kerry_porter 0 Posted September 24, 2002 this is a highly orginal picture with a great subject and perspective - intereting colors as well Link to comment
tomfawlsphotography 0 Posted November 21, 2003 A highly original shot...shooting through the threads truly makes the woman part of the carpet. Love the shot. Link to comment
