nature Big Beak on the Seawall

I would appreciate some thoughts on the result of the Lens blurring.

How close were you to the subject, the blur looks good to me, My attention is drawn to the subject, and the background isn't competing with the bird for attention. It's doing as it's suppose to do, complimenting the Subject.

Nice detail and good use of the natural light.

Close for this one about 30 cm or so, it's full frame, no crop, at 15mm or 22mm on this camera focal length.

Nice soft colors and great sharpness. Very well done.
