thomas_collins1 0 Posted April 8, 2004 Whoa!! Armindo, you've outdone yourself! This one really caught my eye. It's almost unreal in it's color, yet the bright yellow and green work outstandingly well together. :-) Link to comment
richard_lalonde 0 Posted April 9, 2004 I must say I have to agree with Rob's last comment. This is an ordinary photograph of a window. In my opinion, the left side doesn't work at all. I personnally find the wire tied to the pole very distracting. Change this to b&w and there simply is no picture. Sorry! I don't think there is much depth to it. But then, that's just my humble opinion. Link to comment
WJT 637 Posted April 9, 2004 with Mr. Portnoy. Armindo, I think you have captured some nice textures and complimentary shapes in this photograph. The simple color palette works very well. If this were my photograph, I would possibly crop off the left edge up to begining of the brickwork. But probably not. In any case, this is certainly NOT a "lopsided snap" but a well seen and photographed image that most of us would not have noticed (but should have). Regards. Link to comment
